Hello
Im having trouble with the theme… when clicking into a text block I get the attached error. “Error fetching content” dialogue. The login details and link to the page where you can click into the testimonial is in the private box. This is urgent please help. Also, when editing other pages, the Avia editor tries to load but the circle keeps going around… why is this happening?
May 18, 2016 at 7:22 am #634207Hey mrcityrunner,
I have no idea why but when following the link to your WordPress login page the browser downloads something and the tab closes? I get the same result when typing it in manually.
Best regards,

May 19, 2016 at 5:06 am #634898Hi,
It seems like it’s only happening on the two on the bottom, right? Could you try to delete and recreate them to see if that helps? Usually when this error happens it’s because of unclosed markup or special characters, so could you try to remove any characters like / and & as well just the be on the safe side. I would try to put each text block in its own 1/1 element as well.
I couldn’t reproduce your other error though, any page I open the builder seems to be loading fine? You could try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times. Using a different browser might help as well.

for the “error fetching content” error, please edit the testimonials page and then click into the last testimonial text block and you will see the error.
Also, all the links i mentioned in the private box do not load the avia page builder… i have tried other computers and browsers – what can i do to get the page content back? How can i edit the special characters out if the page builder doesnt load the content? This is very urgent please. Thanks
May 19, 2016 at 6:47 pm #635400Hi,
Can you please try putting Wordfence plugin into learning mode and check if that helps?
Best regards,
YigitMay 20, 2016 at 2:39 pm #635907Hi Yigit
Thanks for coming back to me. I couldnt find out where to put it into learning mode – are you able to tell me how? I deactivated the plugin anyway and everything now works… but i would still like some protection. Please let me know which security plugin you find works well with Enfold that is an alternative to Wordfence.
Thanks
R
