Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,

May 17, 2016 at 11:56 am #633654Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

I am not sure if i understood the issue clearly.
Have you lost username and API key information that was in your Enfold theme options? If so, you can refer to this post and re-insert them – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/If that is not what you meant, please elaborate on the issue you are having.

I’m pretty confused to what to mean as well, you have the theme and child theme installed on the site. If you want to include your Themeforest username and API key to get updates you can find them at your Themeforest account and then put them in the corresponding box under Theme Update in the theme options.
