    Hi
    The Avia page builder is not loading on any pages, just continual spinning icon. I have latest version and latest WordPress. I have switched off all plugins, cleared cache and reloaded page but it made no difference. This is happening on two sites.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.

    Any news on this? I have tried creating new pages, which works until I press publish and I get an error 404 page not found message.

    I was able to resolve this problem by switching off ModSecurity in the cPanel for the site.
