Hello
I recently lost a hard drive that contained all the pictures I used for my website. (Extremely not happy about this) Is there a way I can download the pictures out of my media folder to my computer?

Sorry to hear that.
There are a couple of ways you could achieve this. You could use an FTP client such as FileZilla and copy the entire media upload folder from your site to your computer.
You could also use a plugin such as Download Media Library.
