Hi
I have an enfold install 3.5.2 running on WP 4.4.2 and using woocommerce 2.5.5.
The product images all look OK on the front end with a main image and other thumbnails as included, however the default woo lightbox doesn’t show any navigation arrows to switch from one image in the gallery to the next, once an image is clicked. The image displays perfectly as it should though.
If I activate the Enfold modal popup, that works OK and has navigation but it shows up below (behind) the woo lightbox. And there seems to be no way of not showing the woo lightbox as the style settings are not showing where many woo users know them to be – woocommerce -> settings -> products -> display … they simply are not there.
Can you help please? I am at a loss as to how to make this work.
Thanks in advanceMay 12, 2016 at 7:02 pm #631524Hey cbentley65,
By default when you install Enfold and Woocommerce it should display the product image lightbox with arrows as seen in the below screenshot.
If this is not what you see on your site we need to take a closer look please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username

May 16, 2016 at 3:38 pm #633010Hi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, then try to deactivate a default WordPress theme to check if you get the same issue there as well or not. Let us know about your results please.
Best regards,
AndyMay 31, 2016 at 4:45 pm #640971Hi Andy
Thanks for looking into this for me. I have updated the theme to 3.5.4 but this hasn’t made any difference to the lack of navigiation in woocommerce images – or to the spinning wheel when the advanced layout editor doesn’t show up (clicking back to default and then advanced again sorts it), or to not being able to add images to post and pages using the add media button (but adding to a woocommerce product it works fine!)
Your thoughts and assistance is appreciated.
June 1, 2016 at 1:28 pm #641467Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Many thanks – I renamed the existing enfold folder to ‘enfoldoriginal’ and then uploaded the new enfold… so that should be a fresh copy shouldn’t it?
June 2, 2016 at 6:48 am #641861Hi,
I guess that could be a way to do it, did you have any luck with it though?

No! It still has the same problems.
June 4, 2016 at 5:16 am #642823Hi,
It is using the “prettyphoto lightbox”, not the “woocommerce lightbox”. How did you enable it? Disabling the theme lightbox will not enable this scripts automatically. Did you add it in the child theme?

Thanks for looking a this for me. I don’t know how to enable the woocommerce lightbox – if that is what is required. Could you tell me please?
Many thanks
June 6, 2016 at 8:49 pm #643613Hi,
I searched for this page, but not sure if this is the right one. Please always provide us a precise link showing the elements in question, so we can inspect them.
The lightbox on this page is not the default one from Enfold. It seems that it’s coming from any plugin. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
Andy -
