Help!May 13, 2016 at 6:03 am #631812Hi,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
RikardMay 13, 2016 at 10:11 am #631952Well , I saw how to do via FTP into wp-content > themes , replacing Enfold folder. For security, the site settings are changed or remain ?
May 13, 2016 at 12:11 pm #632008Hi,
Backup theme settings from Import/Export tab in Enfold options. Login to FTP and please delete the theme folder and re-upload a fresh copy of Enfold downloaded from Themeforest.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,

May 15, 2016 at 8:30 am #632477Hi,
The warnings seems to be related to WPML, could you try disabling the plugin to see if that is the case?
Best regards,
RikardMay 16, 2016 at 3:18 pm #632978Fixed plugin problem. I replaced the Enfold folder via FTP , but the problem persists . The EVENTI button , only in Italian and only the first time you open the page , does not send the right place . Only on PC , on mobile devices working properly . Please help me.
May 16, 2016 at 3:55 pm #633049the problem is not only with the EVENTI page. Practically the first time you open the home page any button does not send the correct position , I do not understand …
May 17, 2016 at 12:27 pm #633676Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyMay 17, 2016 at 4:29 pm #633821I eliminated the enfold folder via FTP and replaced with the new one . The problem is still there. Strangely , once I replaced the folder did not have to import the setting I had previously exported. It’s normal?
I tried to disable plugins ….I give permission for plugins
Thank you.May 18, 2016 at 1:29 pm #634417Hi,
yes, this is normal.
When I deactivate all your plugins but WPML then it’s working as expected. So one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyMay 23, 2016 at 12:00 pm #636716Still not working .
I reinstalled all (enfold, WPML) via FTP , deleted unnecessary plugin , I’ve also redone the menu . What I do?May 23, 2016 at 2:53 pm #636811Hi,
remove any modification you have done (custom code, etc.). Then delete all theme files via FTP again and afterwards install a fresh copy from your themeforest account. I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation and it’s working for thousand of other users as well. That’s why I guess there are still some corrupted theme files.
Best regards,
AndyMay 25, 2016 at 10:46 am #637945I deleted theme and plugin via FTP , after new theme reinstalled downloaded from ThemeForest , and after reinstalling new WPML . The problem remains. I remember the problem : when I open the site the first time , only on PC , no mobile , the first item on the menu I select does not send the correct height of the page . Please help me to solve. Thank you.
May 26, 2016 at 4:07 pm #638790Hi,
I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation. Please ask your host if they are using any caching on your server. Please post FTP login here as private reply.

AndyJune 14, 2016 at 11:46 am #647907hello, I still have the same problem.
I followed all your instructions, but the problem remains.
I heard the host say that everything is ok.
Please help to solve the problem.
Thank you.June 17, 2016 at 4:16 am #649521Hi,
We are not sure what’s causing the issue but we added this code in the functions.php file to fix it temporarily:
add_action('wp_footer', 'ava_auto_resize'); function ava_auto_resize(){ ?> <script> (function($){ var int = window.setInterval(function(){ $(window).trigger('resize'); }, 500); $(window).load(function () { setTimeout(function() { clearInterval(int); }, 2000); }); })(jQuery); </script> <?php }
It will trigger the resize event.

The problem is every time you reload the page, and click on the items COMPANY, EVENTS, MEDIA…does not address the right point.
I tried with different computers, delete cache, history, etc.
February 1, 2017 at 6:31 am #741005Hey!
We added this script again in the functions.php file.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-with-update-3/#post-649521
Please create a child theme so that you won’t have to re-add this snippet when you update the theme.
