We can’t search for ticket numbers unfortunately but we will answer your request like we answer all others :-)
Thanks,
RikardMay 13, 2016 at 8:56 am #631920I’ve installed the Enfold theme (great theme), but it’s like it has been locked in colors. I can’t change any of the colors if I use the predefined color scheme in General Styling. I’ve also tried the beta thing in Advanced styling. No matter what I do it same colors (black top, and white / orange menu).
Then I reset all and tried again – still the same :(Hope you can help..??

May 16, 2016 at 3:09 pm #632965Hi,
Your website should be publicly accessible for us to look into it.
Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Best regards,
YigitMay 17, 2016 at 8:24 am #633544Hi :)
Now the site is public – and as you can see I also have another urgent error – it’s like Enfold doesn’t read the default “Frontpage Settings”. Neither in EN or DK languages.
Like you suggested, I have also checked that “wp-content/uploads” folder has correct permissions ( 755 ). Everything was correct.
Best regards
AndreasMay 18, 2016 at 4:08 pm #634594Hi,
have you got the same issue when using a default WP theme? please let us know about your results. Ask you host if they are using any kind of caching on your server and tell them to deactivate it.
Best regards,
AndyMay 18, 2016 at 4:11 pm #634598No – it works with other themes.
And on same saver I have http://speak-it.dk/ – with no problems.
It’s my own server and cache is disabled.
I really hope you can help soon as the whole website is down as you wanted me to redirect it…
Best regards
AndreasMay 19, 2016 at 2:01 pm #635176Hi,
the last link you’ve provided is using Enfold theme too. So it’s working there, but not on the other installation?
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,
AndyMay 19, 2016 at 2:43 pm #635214Hi Andy
Done – all new files downloaded from my themeforest account….. still same problem.
Best regards
AndreasMay 19, 2016 at 5:04 pm #635319Hi,
I tried to check website in question, but your frontend does not work. Can you check please?
Best regards,
AndyMay 19, 2016 at 5:07 pm #635321I know it doesn’t work. I’ve asked for it in a different “ticket” as it happened with the latest update. It’s only the index site. You can access each site directly.
May 19, 2016 at 5:19 pm #635328Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyMay 19, 2016 at 5:25 pm #635336I already did that – I deactivated EVERY plugin – still same problem. So now they are active again.
If you check right now they are all disabled. And it still doesn’t work.
May 19, 2016 at 5:51 pm #635363If you need FTP access I have created an account for you here…
May 19, 2016 at 6:05 pm #635374Hey!
Please try removing mentioned lines here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/too-many-redirects/#post-635372 from wp-config.php file and check if that helps changing frontpage
Cheers!
YigitMay 19, 2016 at 10:43 pm #635582What did you do to make it work…???
