    Hey guys I’m making a website for my upcoming wedding and would really like to import the wedding demo them but I’m having lots of issues. I have tried resetting my datbase, tried increasing max execute time, and also tried increasing php upload size, none of which seemed to work.

    Lastly I tried importing the xml file, but I’m not sure I’m doing it correctly.

    Just seeing if anyone had a chance to look at this, we are sending save the dates this week so I really need to get this site up.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    it seems to be not working when we import the xml file manually. Is it OK if we reset the database? It keeps telling that the media already exists even though we deleted it.

    Ismael please feel free to reset everything, there is no valuable content on that site. You can even reinstall wordpress if you’d like, I’m desperate!

    I have spent approximately 8hrs trying to import the wedding demo and nothing I do seems to work. I have edited my php.ini, tried manually importing the xml file, everything!

    I have created you a new login to the site and a login to my hostgator hosting. Our save the dates already got sent out for our wedding with the website domain on them so it’s very time sensitive.

    I would greatly appreciate your urgent help!

    Hi,

    I tried to reset the database but the WP was reset with some errors and my user was not re-created so i got locked out. Please try to login with your wp login credentials and re-create the enfold user so we can import the demo data for you.

    Hi,

    We tried to import the data manually but it failed. We are very sorry about this. We checked the php info and the although the max_execution_time is set to 900, the master value is still set to 120. Please ask your hosting provider if they can increase the value of the max_execution_time directive.
