    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

Please follow the instructions provided here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/theme-error/

And updating the theme manually via FTP should fix it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

After the update, install security plugins like the following:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Your problem is not really theme related but I would recommend you to get your site cleaned with a service like Sucuri. You could also try to overwrite your theme files via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You might have to reinstall WordPress as well.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Dear Ismael & Rikard,
    Thanks for your great support.
Our site is running well now.

I follow the Dude instruction here:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/theme-error/
Probably you need to use a database tool to change the value manually. Use a db management tool like phpmyadmin, open your database and search for the “blog_charset” option (without “”) in the wp_options table. Click on “Edit” and make sure that it’s set to “UTF-8” (without “”). >> change from UTF-7 to UTF-8

    And it works now.
What a great and best support.
    Thanks bro
