Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to import the “shop” demo and no matter how many times I try it will not import. I continue to get a message telling me all of the pages that failed to load. It suggest I try refreshing my page, I do and get the same results. I only see a couple of pictures that uploaded. But no pages we created with the shop demo.
And Woo Commerce is installed.

Try increasing the memory allocated to PHP and the max execution time: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
If that does not help, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
