    Dear Support,

    i have created a Masonry Gallery with 6 images. If i click on one picture, for one second the arrow for slide to left / right to the next picture is vissible.
    But than is disappear and i can do nothing, Only “go back to previous page” via browser.

    PS: Please make an option in the Partner / Logo Element to have an auto scaling for same height, independent of Logo width. Not every partner have a full symmetric 120×120 logo. It would be nice to have a auto scale for a user defined height that the pictures oriented in one row for a clean design with same heights.

    Hey webdesigngettorf,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hey, ok… WP-Slimstat is the Problem. Slimstat has +100K active installations. Whats the error and how we can solve it?
    Same Error occur also by images.

    Hi,

    we can’t offer support for every 3rd party plugin existing, as written in our support policy. What is plugin’s author saying about this issue?

    ok, user must insert stuff inside slimstat
    Slimstat > Settings > Tracker, and disable outbound link tracking for given categories of links (by ref attribute, by class, or by string contained in the URL of the link). This will instruct Slimstat to leave your fancy Lightbox links alone.
