    Hi,

    I´ve been using Enfold for different projects but for the first time I feel the theme not working properly:

    – The Fullwidth Submenu is not running smoothly with the anchored links. Have tried this with different browsers and machines and the problem still there.
    – Sometimes I get the wrong preview when updating changes into a Page. It shows me a preview of the page only with header and footer.
    – Sometimes I cannot Update the changes on a page because the Update button doesn’t show up “ready”. I have to change to Classic editor back and forth to make the Update button active.
    – I get always an error message when trying to configure one of the Color Section settings (this one: http://uerlich-kunde.nlvv.de/praxis/#angebot)

    I have updated Enfold to the latest version to try to fix these problems but had no successful result. Why did I do wrong this time? I feel completely lost.

    Hi,

    Please edit your links and use “#services” instead of “http://uerlich-kunde.nlvv.de/ueber-uns#services”. They would be only smooth if anchor points are on the same page that you are on. To display different menus per page, please use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/

    Hi,

    many thanks! It works perfectly now.
    could you please help me with #2 issue?

    I receive an error message when i try to fix the settings in the #angebot Color Section

    Hi,

    We saved the page as template and it is called “praxis”. We then deleted the section but the “Implantate” column was not removed. This element should be remove along with other elements inside the color section. It’s probably corrupted that’s why the theme can’t fetch the content. Removing the “Implantate” element fixed the issue.

    Hi Ismael,

    thank you for your help. The problem however persists. The only way I have managed to get rid of the error message is by deleting the last column Zahnersatz. How do i “un-corrupt” this?

    Plus, I am not able to upadte the page anymore, since the Update button looks unactive

    Hi Ismal,

    I just retried after deactivating the duplicator plugin and it seems like there is no error anymore. I was also able to update the page.
    I am not sure if it was the plug in but now its working fine. Many thanks for your support!
