    Hi,

    I have Enfold forms set up on my site, and I have form fill notifications/confirmations set up to send to three different email addresses. They are sending correctly to two of the emails I’ve added, but they won’t send to one specific address. I’ve double checked that the address is entered correctly, and I’ve checked the inbox, and that email (on Gmail) is able to receive other messages. Any reason this would be happening?

    *Note – I’ve also checked the SPAM folder – and they’re not getting trapped there either.

    Hi frontlight,

    I think your hosting provide would be able to give you a more accurate answer to why some emails are failing, could you try contacting them first? If you should need more help from us then please post admin login details in private.
