We are experiencing some issues with images/sliders displaying correctly and our site is currently running version 3.2. After searching the forums it seemed like updating to version 3.5.4 would fix the issues. However, our Dashboard shows that no updates are currently available. How do we update the theme?

We actually tried this out on another site that we own that was experiencing the same issues (different copy of Enfold). The graphics aren’t displaying. However, if you hover your mouse over where the images should be, you see the alt text description display (just not the image). I entered the other website in the private content.

You are correct the fix for this issue is to update the site. Since you do not see the update options please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

VinayMay 4, 2016 at 4:40 pm #627336Well, we tried the plug in but the graphics still aren’t displaying. We manually updated the theme at the very beginning of this process. We are running WordPress 4.5.1 and Enfold 3.5.4.
Any other suggestions to get the graphics to display?
