    Hi,

    I’m using Enfold version 3.5.3 and WP 4.5.1.

    The lightbox / modal is not working when clicking the play icon on the url I put on the private content. I manage to make it work on other sites that are using Enfold but not on this one. I can’t see any js error or something that would help debug it.

    Hi,

    Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it will be pushed back to the end of the queue. The lightbox is not working because the “Lightbox Modal Window” in the Theme Options panel was disabled. We enabled it for you. :)

    Hi,

    UPDATE: We enabled the lightbox option but it’s still not working. Did you install another lightbox plugin? We would like to check it but the “Plugins” panel is disabled for the current user.
