Short code implement.

Hey so basically were now building a mobile app for our website and while enfold is an amazing theme its just not possible to have it in an app (apple would not accept it sadly) so were using a theme that only works on the app.

you maybe aware of apppresser it comes with a theme added on to is so our main website and mobile site will be enfold but our app will be there theme both pulling the same content.

the only issue is the short codes from our enfold wont work on it is there a way i could make this work??
