Hi,
I would like to address an issue with the portfolio function included in the “Enfold” theme. While the portoflio images works perfectly on mobile and desktop, on my two ipad some images appears with a rotation of +/- 90° and I really can’t figure out why!
I tried to reproduce the issue described above using the Chrome developer console (emulating the ipad), but i wasn’t able to do so.I will provide admin access for you and all the links and screenshots in the private section,
Thank you for your attention,
Federico
May 3, 2016 at 12:38 pm #626369Hey FedeMITIC,
where can we see the screenshots of the issue? cause I can’t see what you mean on your website. Please use dropbox or imgur.com to provide us screenshots.
Clear browser cache and check on another iPad as well.
Best regards,

VinnieMay 5, 2016 at 1:18 pm #627790Hey!
Have you uploaded images and then fixed their rotation from WordPress backend? If you have, please try removing them and uploading with correct rotation and let us know if that does not help.

YigitMay 5, 2016 at 2:53 pm #627844Hi Yigit,
Since this bug appears only on ipad I don’t think it’s related to the images. Anyway the images seems fine, and you should be able to check this, since you have admin access to the website ;)
However i can, and i will, delete all the images that are not displyaing correctly and upload them again to see if maybe something changes.
I also tried to deactivate all thirdy part plugins (like google stats and caching plugins) to check if they were the cause of the problem, but it didn’t change anything.@Vinnie: yes on android devices (i tested with my LG G2) it works good, the problem was notified to me by a client who uses ipad. I cannot find another device that has the same displaying issues so far.

Ty all for the advices.
