Hi there,
We’ve updated WordPress and Enfold, as well as all plugins. Forced a browser cache and tried the new javascript that was posted in the “Please read this post after updating” thread. Still having issues—
The site was built last summer and up until Sunday, my custom page template was working. When I originally built it, I duplicated page.php, added a line of code to embed an object, then titled my template (so it wasn’t pulling the “Default Template” template, but my custom file). I was sure to include loop-page.php in my child theme Includes folder.
What can i do to get my custom page template to work again? Details in private data.

We need to fix this today. After much digging, I can’t seem to get the page to work properly. Please advise. Thank You!April 26, 2016 at 11:23 pm #622571I’ve changed the layout on the main site in order to have some sort of fix for today. We will need to get the layout back to the way it was; please use the staging server to preview the issue. Thanks!
April 27, 2016 at 4:35 pm #623193Good morning,
Jumping back into this again today; we need our custom template to work like it did up until we updated WordPress and Enfold on Sunday. Please see above.
Thank You!
April 27, 2016 at 11:47 pm #623402After 24 hours of pulling my hair out, I finally figured it out. For those that have the same issue:
Custom page templates must be titled page-[yourtitle].php. Previously my template file was titled template-[yourtitle].php; this simple title formatting will break the site if not done properly. More here: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/page-template-files/page-templates/
Issue resolved. ;)
