Hello!
When visiting a website build with Enfold connections are opened:
– https://platform.linkedin.com/in.js?ver=4.4.2
– http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.0
– https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js?ver=4.4.2
– https://platform.linkedin.com/in.js?ver=4.4.2
These services are being connected even if sharing of them is disabled in Settings (Blog).
This causes problems because of data protection laws in some countries.
How can I make sure these services are not contacted any more?
Best regards,
Jan
Hey deeluuxe!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you add the theme’s facebook widget? The sdk.js file will be loaded automatically if you’re using the widget. You can’t have the widget without loading the js file. The twitter and linkedin js files are probably loaded by a plugin. Did you install a sharing plugin?
Best regards,
Ismael
Ooooops, I´m sorry! It was not Enfold but the Layered Popups Plugin.
Thanks for your support!
Jan
