Hi,
I have tried to update my theme to the lastest enfold theme numerous times and it’s not updating. It say there is an update available. I go thru the process and even get a successfully updated message and then when I click on the link to go back to the enfold page the old enfold version still shows up. Now my site images and sliders are not working correctly. I have tried adding the code and that doesn’t work either. Can someone please help ASAP?

JordanNow the editor is not working? It just sits and spins. I have cleared all my cache. Done hard resets on safari, chrome and firefox. And nothing. None of the browsers are showing the editor. It just sits and spins. Can you please help!!!

We checked for the issue and the advanced layout builder is working fine. Please check the screenshot in private content.
Please try to hard refresh again. To do a hard refresh… First press Ctrl + F5 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

Vinayno i am not running word fence. Updated wordpress, running the most current version of Enfold. But the enfold editor is not pulling up at all. It just sits and spins. I have tried clearing cache across three separate browsers, have tried the hard reset several times and still nothing at all.
