    If you load the site on the phone vertically then turn the phone it stays with the same layout instead of adjusting. Only after you refresh does it come up correctly.

    The masonry element items should automatically adjust its position on browser resize. Did you add any modifications in the child theme? Please post the login details here so that we can check the dashboard.
