    Hello,
First of all, I love your theme. I was in a rough spot last week when my host (GoDaddy) upgraded to 4.5 without telling me, but your Theme Update to 3.5.2 saved me.

Now I’ve noticed you have another update to 3.5.3 that you’ve made available. Thank you.

Here’s my problem – I’m getting the attached error (has been reported three times over the last few days).

The site – which I’ve listed under Private Content is running on GoDaddy Managed WordPress and gets about 5,580 users per day, with upwards of 50-60 concurrent users, according to Google Analytics (Live).

GoDaddy is pointing the finger at the Theme Developer, so I’m wondering if you can offer any insight as to how to fix this Error from happening in the future. It is a highly visible / high profile site, and I can’t have users not being able to access it.

    Thank you.

Here are links to the errors I’m getting…

    Hey pauljhickey!

Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? These files are WordPress files and not theme files.
And yes, please update the theme to 3.5.3 :)

    Cheers!

I’m still getting these errors. Can you offer up any other suggestions or help in any other way?

This is a huge problem for me.

    Hey!

Thanks for getting back to us!

Could you please provide login details to your site and FTP credentials, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

You can also try the suggestions found here http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-error-establishing-a-database-connection-in-wordpress/

    Regards,
    Jordan

    Hello,
Absolutely Jordan. Credentials are now in the “Private Content” section. Please keep in mind this is a production site with 5,500 unique users per day and up to 100 concurrent users.

Please do not alter anything – only take a look and get back to me with recommendations.

    Thank you!

    Correct.
It’s always been up and running. It’s never been down. But those errors I reported have occurred several times, randomly.

    Why?

    Hi!

We checked the screenshots and according to other forums, this error is a limitation applied by the hosting provider on SHARED hostings. Since the site is getting a lot of visitors, the error occurred. Consult with your hosting provider for more info.

    Regards,
    Ismael
