Stuck on v3.02. Nothing happens when I attempt to update.
Do not want to lose my customizations, so what are my options ?thanks
JWIf you didn’t manipulate the theme’s files, you can just delete and copy a fresh copy via ftp. In case you edited styles.css or functions.php and so on, these customizations would be lost, but options you selected in dashboard are stored in the database, so they will be kept. But 3.02 is rather old, so there could be some not desired side-effects which I can’t tell.

Replaced the old with the new (v3.52). Lost my announcements on the bottom of the home page. When I insert the full width slider, it saves the changes to the site, but then I can’t modify it. I have to start from scratch every time. The Home Page does not preserve the setup.

I have to start from scratch every time. The Home Page does not preserve the setup. Unfortunately, none of the changes I make to pages are preserved. Something is not working properly. Please advise.
