    Up until now I have been using the enfold main theme without a child theme. There are some javascript customizations I want to add, so I have been trying to set up the child theme. I activated the child theme and then imported the parent theme settings, but many things were off such as font styles and colours.

    Hey svetlana_i!

    make sure to create the same folder structure for your child theme as it is for the original files/folders.
