We went ahead and made a re-purchase just to have support but over 12 hours now no response, we created another ticket same thing, WHY??????????????????????????????????

I am sorry if it looks like that, buyt we do not actually ignore any ticket.
We go through our line and we do reply all of the tickets, while they come up.
Please be patience and do not post inside a ticket multiple times, so we can get it up in line and manage help you out as soon as possible.

Douwj2 – after a wp4.5 update it is very busy here.
If this is about the woocommerce incident – i’m in the same boat. Downgrading wp4.5 by copying 4.4.2 files over your current setup works(fixes ordering – does not break anything).
This will buy you some time untill WOO or Kriesi fixes compatibility.
It would be helpfull if your current setup is available for testing. maybe create a second instance.

We are not ignoring anyone but you cannot expect special treatment, all our customers are equally important to us. Like I wrote in your other thread I would try to follow @Pixelbits suggestion as that seems like the best solution if your problem is urgent.
