Hi, I have two sites that after the latest Enfold and WordPress Updates are not working. It looks like other Enfold customers are having the same problem.
1. On one site (https://fiestapoolsandspas.com/) nothing is working correctly, and the site has been reduced to a crawl. Really, it doesn’t even pull up anymore unless you wait 10 minutes. If we can get it to pull up, it doesn’t render right.
2. On the other one, the fullwidth easy slider and the next events boxes on the home page aren’t working (http://duivc.org/dev/).
Please help – we are desperate!
Thank you very much!

According to this site – http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ your first site is currently down and your second site is still using older version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 3.5.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times
Cheers!

I am afraid to update that second site because the first site got updated to the new WordPress and the new Enfold, and that’s when it went down. It’s a GoDaddy Managed WordPress site, and they say it isn’t on their end. Please advise.
Thank you,

Could you please post FTP credentials and WP admin logins here privately so we can look further into it?
Best regards,
YigitApril 15, 2016 at 4:11 am #614536Hi Yigit,
Thank you so much! I am sharing the login and fti info with you here. I really appreciate your help! While I have, I do have another question, too – all our contact forms are on a blue background with white text. This works fine in Firefox, but in Chrome and Edge, on the drop down forms it changes the background to white so the white text isn’t visible. Thoughts?
Again, thank you for any help you can provide on getting my site back up and running like normal.
Sincerely,
