I went to my site today and noticed headings are not showing in the full with “color sections” and also some of the animatated icons are not working. This leads me to believe something with the javascript is acting up?

You are using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
