Tagged: Lightbox
I would like to link to pages on my website in a way that automatically opens a lightbox. I do not want this to be the default behavior for the page. Instead, I only want the lightbox to open if the user clicks a specific url. For example:
http://www.mydomain.com/ <– does not open lightbox
http://www.mydomain.com/{some_parameter} <– opens lightbox on page
I’ve attempted to use the standard prettyPhoto deeplinking method, but it doesn’t seem to work for me:
http://www.mydomain.com/#prettyPhoto%5Brel_value%5D/0/
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shawn
Hi swmims!
Everything is possible, but that would need a lot of work to be done.
You can contact one of our Customization Contractors, who will help you out with the process.
Let us know if we could do anything else, regarding our theme

Basilis
Hmmm, I would like to try to solve this problem myself if possible. The original prettyPhoto plugin has this capability. Can I disable the Enfold prettyPhoto functionality in order to install the prettyPhoto plugin and not have them override each other? Keep in mind I have a child theme.
Thanks,
Shawn
Ninja edit – I found the “Lightbox Modal Window” option in the Enfold settings menu…
