Hello again :(
I am dealing with many problems since I installed WooCommerce:
I also get “err_connection_reset” from Google Chrome Browser when I try to update any page. (not always but very very often)
and finally i get “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again message” sometimes while editing an element with the builder.
PS: I guess it has something to do with WooCommerce because this is happening after installing it.
Thanks !
Ariel
Hey Draidel,
Could you try increasing WordPress PHP memory to see if that helps? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

same problem :(
Hi,
Can you please check if the issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated?
Regards,
Josue
I tried reinstalling woocommerce and the two last issues are now solved ( “err_connection_reset” and “Error fetching content …”) however, the first one still persists. I cant update the theme to its last version because it gets stuck while updating….

Ariel
Hey!
Do it via FTP:
Your settings won’t be lost.

Josue, I would like to make sure I understood.
I can replace the whole folder for the new one without losing anything or I need to update specific fils and subfolders ?
Regards,
Ariel
Hey Ariel!
If you haven’t directly modified any of those files you can, in any case one thing you can do is rename your current enfold
folder to enfold_old
and upload the new one as enfold
.

Josue
Done! Thanks
