#609464 / #609467 / #610776 The text has disappeared

Sorry that I have to repeat my questions but you closed posts that were not finally answered. So I send the communication again because I still have these questions:

1) The picture is in the column but is shown below and too big
2) I can’t make changes in the textfield! On the page you see the text but when you open the textfield there is nothing! No text!

Could you please help me and leave the opportunity to reply? Thanks a lot!

The previous communication:

ME: “I have the devision 1/2 )left side = contact form) and 1/2 (right side = text and a picture) but the picture is shown too large and below the contact form ans text field. What is going wrong?”

SUPPORT: “Your image does not have a width and a height.
You will need to do, so the image does not brake the columns at all.”

ME: “I thought the image is limited by the frame (1/2) because the theme is responsive. How do I know which size the image has to be so that it fits in the 1/2 field?”
“The field with the image is still below even if the image is smaller. And I cant change the text – it is not shown. Something is going wrong on this site!”

SUPPORT: Yes, the image should be constrained or limited by the width of the columns. I checked the contact page but I can’t see the issue. The one image in that page is outside the columns.
