    My client is having some issues with their site and we think it might be theme related. The theme files were purchased back in 2013 and we don’t believe they have been updated since. Is it possible to get updated since the previous web developer purchased them or should my client just sign up for a new Envato account and re-purchase the theme?

    You could ask the former developer, but the better way would be a new purchase..

    I would appreciate if Kriesi would offer some more ways to buy the theme, but right now there aren’t any.

    You’d need to do the second indeed, we’re do not distribute the theme ourselves.
