I have a form on the website for the notice of opening of the website.
For work of my mail WP-Mail-SMTP plug-in was installed and adjusted.
I checked letters on registration new users and new comments come, but here from a form there are no letters: (Hi Josue. thanks for the answer was used by this code, the form earned.
