Hi, I want to create a contact form with (Select Element) but I think that this element type is incomplete for good way of work, for example:
    Form element Type: Select Element
    Form Element Options: Option1, Option2, Option3
Form Element Validation: Is not empty
By default “option1” is selectect, so always validation are correct and It is useless.

There are any option to create a Select Element with “title” in first option same as “Please, select an option”, and then if you don’t select any option the validation works?

    Thanks in advance

    Hey Gabri!

You can add key value pair as following

    option 1 | option 1, option 2 | option 2, option 3 | option 3

and that should work fine. When you do not enter key value in pair, value is automatically chosen therefore, valid.
Please also make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.5.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
You can checkout highlighted new features here – http://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-version-3-5-woocommerce-bookings-integration-a-new-layout-mode-5-new-demos-and-more
