You can turn on debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ on both sites and then copy the shortcodes from your page (debugging field will appear right below Advanced Layout Builder) and paste it in your other site.

Thx for the solution, but is that just for the layout, or is that for text and images as well?

It will help you export the elements but you you will need to upload media elements manually.
