    Hope you’re doing well. I am hoping you could help me with this problem. I am using Enfold Child Theme and I am suddenly unable to make any modifications to my theme’s settings. This is the message I get

    Hi Basilis

    Any changes I make to the theme options, like changing font colors, putting the analytics code, adding a quick CSS code, changing header settings, everything, I always get an error saying “Saving didn’t work! Please reload the page and try again” (the one in the image). It’s like stuck in that state and everything is locked, no way to change any settings for me.

    Hi!

    Please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
    If that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins

    I tried de-activating the plugins but didn’t work. I’ll get in touch with the person that has access to the backend and will get back to you. Thanks!
