I’ve embedded a device that pulls through concert information in to a code block. Looks fine on a desktop site, but on a mobile, it’s the only element not to resize for the screen.
This means about half of it is sized off the screen and there’s no way to move the screen to see it.
Help!
Website in the private comments.
Thanks :)

March 24, 2016 at 5:22 pm #603265Hey!
Your code is not responsive and unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it :/
You can try enabling zooming on mobile by referring to Ismael’s post here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/urgent-responsives-webdesign/#post-459171Best regards,
YigitMarch 31, 2016 at 10:17 am #605751Thank Yigit.
I’ve followed those steps, and indeed, I can now zoom in, however, the content in that troublesome block is still off the side of the screen. You can zoom in to it, but it’s still missing the side.
Is there a way to force it to display the content wholly within the container? this would then work for people to zoom in to.
Thanks :)
March 31, 2016 at 10:59 am #605769Hey!
Have you tried scrolling left? i checked it on a phone and although it wasn’t responsive i could see see all elements either by zooming or scrolling around.
Cheers!
JosueMarch 31, 2016 at 11:06 am #605777Hi there,
Yes, I tried scrolling and although I could, it was just into blank space. The content was being hidden under the boundary of the container.
I have turned the responsive off now, as the client prefers this layout :(
March 31, 2016 at 11:11 am #605783Well, btw if you plan to enable responsiveness again there’s a way to disable it for certain pages only.
Best regards,
