    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update the theme to the latest version 3.4.7 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    But i cannot update as we have done modification , the problem is just with avia loader ?

    Hi!

    We always recommend using a child theme if you are making changes on theme files. Please create a testing environment by referring to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and then move your modified files to your child theme and update the theme there to check if things go smoothly.
    There could be compatibility issues when theme is not up to date and that could cause issues with Advanced Layout Builder.

    but done some customization in header files, css which we cannot able to do in function.php file only so any other way to fix this issue

    Hey!

    You can move header.php file to your child theme and you can copy the custom CSS code you have in Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS or in Enfold/css/custom.css file into Style.css file of your child theme.
    Unfortunately, there is no other way to fix this issue.

    Ok and last question i have changed theme folder name as well.

    Will that effect in update?

    Hey!

    It would be great if you started off with child theme as you could simply change theme name there. Now, when theme names are not matching, you would lose changes you made in Enfold theme options. To avoid that, you can download the latest version of the theme, change its name and then update it.

    You still seem to be using Enfold 3.0.4. Enfold 3.5.1 is now available. Please update the theme manually via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post FTP credentials, WP admin credentials here privately and upload the latest version of Enfold.zip on your server and tell us where.
