    Dear Enfold Support,

    I want to change the blog page to display the standard posts like Choices theme in the demo (the date of post on the left side & the title + excerpt with read more link). In addition, I want an option to disable the display of preview photo as the posts don’t necessarily have any picture associated with them.
    How can you do that? I couldn’t find the option in the Enfold settings, nor in the Blog Post when using the Advanced Layout. Help?

    Hi!

    Thank you for the info.

    This will require a custom modification of the includes > loop-index.php file. You can start by adding this code in the Quick CSS field:

    .post-meta-infos {
    position: absolute;
    left: 0;
    width: 50px;
}

    Set the blog style to multi author.

    Thank you for your response. I am not very good at CSS and was looking for options within the enfold theme itself. I couldn’t see several themes in the Demo as available for import, in order to see how it was done. Therefore my question.

    Dear Rikard,

    I saw that the CSS provided by Ismael did move the date on the left side. But as I said, I have no clue in CSS on making the date like in Choices theme. I was hoping that there was some way through Advanced Layer, since the enfold blog settings and the blog posts don’t offer that option. I am not interested in displaying featured images at all, only a pleasant layout of date, title and excerpt of the blog post. I tried with Firebug to see the CSS hoping to understand anything and put that code to the Custom CSS, but it’s beyond my level of comprehension. Maybe you will improve it later in the design of enfold. Until then, I will be waiting.
