    Hello,

    When I using IE8 , the page can’t loading well.

    Message: ‘console’ is undefined
    Line: 893
    Char: 4
    Code: 0

    Please how can i fix it ?

    Hi Zeng!

    We checked on IE 8 the site is loading but it looks different. This is expected because most of the features that are used in the modern browsers is not supported by IE8. Even microsoft do not support IE8 now.

    However if you see a js error in console please follow the steps below

    The error could be a result of a plugin conflict to find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    Hello,

    When I using Enfold version 3.2.3 is ok, but Enfold to latest version now is not.

    I have tried many ways but can find out reason.

    It seems I have to use old version Enfold.

    Hi,

    we have the same IE8 error on line 893. And images with hotspots dont work (no picture).

    Hi!

    Most of the modern features you see like some animations and css transitions are only supported by modern browsers. IE8 has less than 2% web users and it is not supported by Microsoft also it is an outdated browser which will not work correctly with modern websites. We recommend upgrading the IE8 browser to the latest version.
