    Hi there,

I updated my plugins and translations and now my child theme is no longer available from the theme overview.

I checked via ftp and the child theme is still there.

I de-activated all plugins but that did not make any difference.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanx a lot!

    Hey!

Still not able to login. Saying that the account needs to be activated by an administrator.

    Hi,

Thanks, it’s working now. I can’t see any reason why your child theme is not showing up though. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? We will probably need to check the child theme via FTP as well so please include those details in private as well.

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

Chrs! Have tried disabling all plugins but this did not result in the fact that the child theme was visible again..

Feel free to have a look via FTP

    Thanx!

    Hi!

    Thank you for coming back.

The file style.css was missing the header comments – I added them.

Please check line 142 – there seems to be a syntax error.

I also updated function.php to the latest version content.

    Now everything should work again.

    Best regards,
    Günter

    Thanx Günter,

Somehow a lot of the styling is now missing..

Any idea how I can get this back?

    Thanx!

    Hey!

    Thank you for coming back.

Did you check line 142 in child/style.css and correct the syntax erroe there?

If you made changes to styles.css in parent -> these are lost. Copy them to child/style.css

I’m not sure about QuickEdit CSS -> Copy the content from parent to child.

Try to add !important to the stylings you made.

    Regards,
    Günter
