    LOVE ENFOLD! (yes in caps)

    – My site is a boxed layout, but I have Quick CSS set up to allow stretched layout on a few dev pages
    – On one of the stretched layout pages I’ve got a Fullscreen Slider at the top with a 1/1 Layout Element below that that has a negative top margin.
    – On desktop the 1/1 Layout Element doesn’t appear or is hidden behind the Fullscreen Slider until the user scrolls down. At that point it appears as desired, with top of the element resting above the slider image…and continues to remain at top of stack regardless of scrolling.
    – On an iPad/iPhone the 1/1 Layout Element continues to be behind the Fullscreen Slider no matter what swiping/scrolling happens.

    I have been trying to apply z-index: 100 via Custom CSS Class to the 1/1 Layout Element – and/or the Text Block within that element – without affecting the stack order. Can’t get the element to stack on top of the slider.

    Any idea what’s up?

    hm I can’t see any issues when opening your website. Can you highlight what’s going using screenshots please? cause it’s quite difficult to imagine what you write. Use imgur.com or dropbox.

    and why are you using an old version of WordPress? Please upgrade.

    Did you try to give your fullscreen slider a z-index of below 100? cause if it does not have any z-index then it’s useless to provide your layout element a z-index.

    You solved it for me. I had NOT set the z-index of the fullscreen slider AT ALL. (I erroneously assumed it would have a default of 0 or 1??) When I set it to 1 using custom css class, the layout element appears as expected.

    And, yes, I am going to upgrade WP soon!
