    Hi,

Today one of my client’s website went down and I wasn’t even able to log in WordPress admin panel. I took my backup files and backup database and restored site. And everything is fine now. Site is running.

I just wondering what was the problem. Webhost provider says there was nothing. When site was down browser displayed errors like:

Warning: html_entity_decode(): charset `UTF-7′ not supported, assuming utf-8 in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-backend.php on line 692

Could you tell me what causing that problem, so I know how to avoid that in future.

    Thanks.

    Hi stakavainio,

It very difficult for us to say what could have caused that, did you change anything before it went down? The warning is not really an error and would not cause the site to go down.

    Regards,
    Rikard
