Hello,
I’ve installed the Enfold theme, Enfold Child Theme (like it’s suggested in the tutorial), and now I imported the Minimal Portfolio, because I like this design best.
Is this the correct way to set up the Minimal Portfolio (or any other included demo design)? If yes, then:
1) Should I now delete all the content that I don’t need?
2) What if I want to change the design later on after I have already populated my website? Do I import another design and then delete all the “demo” content again?Thank you! I really like the work you did on Enfold. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

Yes you have done everything correctly if you are seeing the demo content for Minimal Portfolio. All you need to do edit and delete the demo content you don’t need.
If you want to import another demo you just go through the same process of importing by going to Demo Import in the theme options. Then just edit and delete the content you don’t need. Also note that whenever you import a demo the theme settings gets overwritten.
