Dear Kriesi
I am using enfold on the following sites
Staging.uis.uk.com which is not visible
Uis-test-site.co.uk
I am also using it as a dev site on my local machine
I have updated the staging site by adding the Ali key and my theme forest user name and it has updated
I also have done the same in Uis-test-site.co.uk but it won’t update with the same Api code
The above two sites are just test sites and this weekend I want to load the site to our main domain Uis.uk.com and then I will delete the Uis-test-site.co.uk
Firstly am I use the theme too many times ? Is this why it won’t update?
To explain further I had used this theme also in another test site luxuryholidayvillasinitaly.com and I had updated that theme last weekend using the same Api code. That theme no longer uses enfold
Please tell me why it won’t update?
I respect you guys have spent a load of time developing your themes and if the issue is I need to buy another copy I respect your work
Sorry if this is confusing
Thanks for help

March 11, 2016 at 2:29 pm #596880Hi Austin!
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
Best regards,
YigitMarch 11, 2016 at 4:40 pm #596934Hi Yigit,
We will try this, thanks. But please tell me how many times can I use Enfold without upsetting you guys?
As you see from my first message, I’m using it in a test site (uis-test-site.co.uk) and a staging site and a local development site. And then, as already mentioned, this weekend I will copy the staging site to replace our current site at uis.uk.com.
And also, in two weeks time, I will remove the test site. Please let me know we are not breaking our contract with you guys as I do not want to cause a problem. Will happily buy another copy if needed.
Many thanks
Austin
March 11, 2016 at 4:52 pm #596937Hey Austin!
Thank you for your kindness. Each domain requires a new license. However, you can use a single license on your sites as long as they are for testing and development purposes :)
Cheers!
YigitMarch 11, 2016 at 5:52 pm #596965Thanks for the response Yigit.
We’ve loaded the plug in. Is there a way that we can force it to run? We’ve checked the API code and our theme forest name, and that is correct. Is there a way we can get the plug in to run? As it doesn’t respond to setting a time.

March 11, 2016 at 6:47 pm #596985Hi, I am having the same problem, on a beta site the theme will not update. The message says: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.4)
I just installed that plugin and it didn’t do anything. Suggestions?
Am getting to purchase another license for the real site to go live, but want to see if this gets resolved.
Thanks,
ShannaMarch 11, 2016 at 7:09 pm #596995Hey!
Envato API had a glitch few months back that might be the reason. Please try updating the theme manually this time – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
YigitMarch 13, 2016 at 8:26 pm #597421Yigit, do I feel stupid, I looked at that 10 times before. I had the user name and API codes in each other’s places backwards. Sorry to bother you, thanks for the reply. It’s fixed now.
