Can y ou please let us know your php memory limit and if it is lower than 256, ask your hosting provider to increase it for you.

March 11, 2016 at 12:27 pm #596832Hi!
We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon.
The reason you are seeing an abrupt flash of the previous page while loading a new page is because there might be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin or some functions are corrupt.
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedIf the issue still don’t get resolved the theme has to be reinstalled via FTP

March 18, 2016 at 5:16 am #600071Hi,
I loaded your page a few times in the latest version of Chrome but I can’t seem to reproduce the problem. Is it intermittent? Also, in what browser do you see it?
Thanks,
RikardMarch 18, 2016 at 11:26 am #600206Still doing it here – on another PC with chrome. The issue only shows if you jump from page A to B, then back to A again.
March 21, 2016 at 9:15 am #601119Hey!
Please update to the latest version of the theme. make sure you have a backup of the site using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and also the theme settings before updating.
Once you update the theme if there are any corrupt files int he theme it will get overwritten with new files and if you still have any issues let us know
