problem with plugin "pinpoint booking system wordpress plugin"

hi, i use the plugin “pinpoint booking system wordpress plugin” for reserve many apartments. this is my home page:

i have 1 question: in apartment description there are shortcode. i used the “avia editor” to create these posts. into the posts i put “special title” and “text area”. why there are the shortocode instead of the real content like the apartment description into the “text area”? this is a “problem” of enfold or a “problem” of plugin?

the same thing happen here:

i use the “posts slider” tho show my post. in settings item set “title + extract”. i used the “avia editor” to create these posts. obviously into the posts there are items like “special title” and “text area”. why the item don’t take these?
how i can hide category post and publication date of the posts?
