    Hello guys,

    I know this is a very popular theme and I can appreciate why. It is really flexible and the reviews show it deserves the popularity.

    However, I am having a difficult time with wait times re: support… 24, 48, 72 hours. Is this normal or are you experiencing an extraordinary volume of support requests?

    Perhaps I am supposed to use a different venue for support like opening a ticket or calling an 800 number? If so, please let me know ASAP!

    I am starting a new website with this theme and before I buy another license, I’d love to have an answer. I know it makes no difference to you if I get another license or not, but it matters to me, as I am making a learning curve investment with this theme and would like to take advantage of what I am learning, but I am a little frustrated with the current support wait times.

    Hi GabrielSenn,

    It’s a combination of a lot of requests, staff being sick etc. Normally you should get a reply within 24 hours but sometimes it will take longer than that unfortunately. We don’t have any other forms of support other than this forum.
