    Is there a way to enable scroll to top in mobile or a tablet?
    It works well on a desktop browser.

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.responsive #scroll-top-link {
    display: block !important;
}
}
