Hi Enfold folks,
I’ve imported the Enfold landing page demo, added, removed or changed some elements, but I still have to images links which give an error on some device (Mac and Android devices).
The image url are:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-landing-page/files/2015/10/logo_landing-page1.png
http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.pngWhich are the enfold logo and the blurred snacks bottles.
I don’t see where to remove those?
Can you help?Thanks

RikardMarch 6, 2016 at 3:50 pm #593942Hi Rikard, attached.
i’m a little bit puzzled because I had created the account and sent you credential but do not see it here. (???)
I probably did stg wrong.I managed to get rid of one, but I got this one left: src=”http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.png”
And I still have the pb with Mozilla on android device where the “http://aop-campus.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/wood-jetty-landing-stage-blur-1210×423.jpg” is covering part of the website.
Other browsr such as Chrome for Android and Samsung internet for Android are OK.
Thank you.
BRMoreover, but possibly (probably) independent, I’ve installed Monarch which doesn’t work on Mozilla also.
March 9, 2016 at 12:40 pm #595520Hi Rikard,
I also have MS Edge browser display Issue on Windows 10.
=> Central “Big Ben” picture is going downMarch 13, 2016 at 4:28 pm #597389Allo?
:-/March 15, 2016 at 7:35 am #598210Hi,

RikardMarch 15, 2016 at 11:40 am #598312Hi Rikard,
thanks for your answer.
When looking at the source code of the page, you see it at line 175 and 173:
<div class=’avia-image-container av-styling-no-styling avia-builder-el-4 el_after_av_textblock avia-builder-el-last avia-align-center ‘ itemscope=”itemscope” itemtype=”https://schema.org/ImageObject” ><div class=’avia-image-container-inner’><img class='avia_image ' src="http://aop-campus.com/wp-content/plugins/lazy-load/images/1×1.trans.gif" data-lazy-src="http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.png” alt=” title=” itemprop=”contentURL” /><noscript><img class='avia_image ' src="http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.png” alt=” title=” itemprop=”contentURL” /></noscript></div></div></div>And I still have the display issue with Mozilla on android device where the “http://aop-campus.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/wood-jetty-landing-stage-blur-1210×423.jpg” is covering (foreground) the website.
Other browsers such as Chrome for Android and Samsung internet for Android are OK.
Thank you.March 18, 2016 at 4:16 pm #600357Hi!
please try to remove the image manually via FTP.
Cheers!
AndyMarch 18, 2016 at 6:10 pm #600477Andy,
How can I do that??
As far I understand it’s pointing on your server: “http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.png”. And I do not see through the editor where to remove this instruction. Please see in my previous posts.
I removed what I could but the instruction stills there.
Issue fixed: Managed to find and remove : “http://test.kriesi.at/product-signup/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2015/10/snacks1_blur.png”But (Moreover), I still and I still have the display issue with Mozilla on android device where the “http://aop-campus.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/wood-jetty-landing-stage-blur-1210×423.jpg” is covering (foreground) the website.
Same on iPad & Edge: the site breaks, centre “Big Ben column” is going bottom, animated numbers are not animated, and Pricelist is “Breaking its box”.
See “Screenshots” here:
You asked me some credentials I provided you with, it would be so faster for both you and I that you use it.
Why did you wanted credentials?Other browsers such as Chrome for Android and Samsung internet for Android are OK.
Thank you.- This reply was modified 8 years, 8 months ago by JMDP.
March 25, 2016 at 5:41 am #603553Hey!
I’m sorry but the information you provided above is a bit confusing. We understand that you’re having an issue with android device and firefox. What is the actual model of the device and version of the browser? A link to the page and screenshot of the issue will help.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 25, 2016 at 6:19 pm #603687Hi!
I checked your website again, but I can’t find any images you are talking about. I suggest to delete all theme files via FTP completely, before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Check if you have this issue when activating a default WordPress theme as well or not and let us know about your results, so we can assist you further.
Cheers!
AndyMarch 28, 2016 at 9:05 pm #604056Hi Ismael, Andy,
thanks for being back:@ Andy:
I’ve finally found the “ghost picture” and removed it from the code, so it’s normal that you didn’t see it. It’s fixed. Thanks.@ Ismael:
It’s a responsivness problem on different browsers and or device.
– Android issue is with Firefow version 45.0.1. => the wood floor picture is covering the screen
– Edge Issue on PC with version 25.10586.0.0, Edgehtml 13.10586 =>The BigBen central vertical column is going down, and animated numbers are wider than the picture
– Safari iPad and PC => The logo is covering the menu, and the social links are going down on the left.
Price tables are not responsive: Prices go “out of the boxes” and columns heights who should be equal are not.
– iPad portrait layout: the central Big Ben and animated numbers are displayed at the bottom of the page instead of being aligned at the top.You have it on the attached picture.
Let me know.
Best regards.
JMMarch 29, 2016 at 5:53 am #604247Hey!
– iPad portrait layout: the central Big Ben and animated numbers are displayed at the bottom of the page instead of being aligned at the top.
– Edge Issue on PC with version 25.10586.0.0, Edgehtml 13.10586 =>The BigBen central vertical column is going down, and animated numbers are wider than the pictureIt acts like that because the Vertical Alignment is set to bottom instead of top. Set the alignment to top then set the Background Image Position to “Top Center” or “Center Center”.
– Android issue is with Firefow version 45.0.1. => the wood floor picture is covering the screen
This is the “fixed background issue” with android or windows devices which is actually repaired in the latest version of the theme. Please test it again.
– Safari iPad and PC => The logo is covering the menu, and the social links are going down on the left.
Price tables are not responsive: Prices go “out of the boxes” and columns heights who should be equal are not.Set the Header > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation to the second option to fix the menu overlap. Add this in the Quick CSS field to adjust the width of the pricing table wrap on smaller screens:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .pricing-table-wrap { width: 48%; display: block; float: left; } }

IsmaelApril 1, 2016 at 12:02 pm #606614Hi Ismael,
thanks for the CSS and for your help. It’s much better now! :-)
I would have preferred to keep a small margin in between “Big Ben” and the Buspicture (upper), tried to put 40px margin with no success, but anyway it’s better than before.Several issues has been fixed (Shame on me for some of them)
Few issues remains, see attached files in dropbox link:
– iPad portrait footer menu is back and is now OK :-)
– iPad Portrait price box are now OK :-)but:
– NOK iPad Portrait non responsive animated numbers and Menu vs Logo (Logo is covering part of the menu)
– NOK iPad Portrait non responsive animated numbers– NOK Android Firefox No footer menu.
– NOK Android Firefox Pricelists “exploding”, typo non responsive
– NOK Android Firefox Social Sharing neutralized covering the screenPlease see pictures in the dropbox attached link to “Kriesi Responsivness 2”.
Let me know.
Have a nice day!April 2, 2016 at 3:01 pm #606989Hey!
– NOK Android Firefox Pricelists “exploding”, typo non responsive
The price box should switch to single column on smaller screens.Replace the css code with this:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) { .pricing-table-wrap { width: 48%; display: block; float: left; } }
– NOK Android Firefox No footer menu.
The footer menu is hidden by default because there’s no space for it.
– NOK Android Firefox Social Sharing neutralized covering the screen
I’m sorry but I can’t find this in the screenshot.
If possible, please open a separate ticket for every single inquiry. It will make it easier for us to provide a solution.
Cheers!

April 7, 2016 at 12:35 pm #609537Hi!
I see this on iPad portrait mode:
So could you already fix it?Use this for big ben animated numbers on iPad landscape:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) and (orientation: landscape) { strong.heading.avia-animated-number-title { font-size: 50px !important; }}

AndyApril 8, 2016 at 10:32 am #610146Hi Andy,
yes your screenshot is OK.
Mine is better than it used to be but still partially OK.
Attached screenshots here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/on7hlw348lorinj/AACDkYJxdk_UFq8KlnoeW3Yya?dl=0
Here is what I have:
=> iPad Portrait => Menu OK but Price box NOK, Big Ben very narrow
– 1A – iPad portrait Menu OK but Animated numbers NOK out of the box IMG_1277
– 1B – iPad portrait Menu OK but Animated numbers NOK out of the box IMG_1278
– 2 – iPad portrait Menu OK Price Boxe OK IMG_1279=> iPad Landscape => Menu and price box NOK
3- iPad Landscape Menu Not OK Price box Not OK IMG_1280
4- iPad Landscape Menu Not OK IMG_1281I don’t have my iPad with me here, but if I remember well, in 1 of the case (portrait or landscape), the top home page sentence “L’Anglais s’apprend de façon naturelle et personnalisée” is going out of the box, or of its black background. Again, I’m not sure of this last point, but I think so.
Best regards.
JMApril 11, 2016 at 12:36 pm #611186Hey!
NOK? does it mean “Not OK”?
I checked your page again and it looks totally ok for me. Can you provide us a mockup showing the results you want to achieve please? For font size of animated numbers use the same code I’ve already given you, just change it to portrait mode:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) and (orientation: portrait) { strong.heading.avia-animated-number-title { font-size: 50px !important; }}
and adjust as needed.
Why is price box not ok for you on landscape mode? I can’t see any issues at all. We need a mockup showing the results you want to achieve.
You can activate mobile menu for landscape mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/
Cheers!
AndyApril 19, 2016 at 4:36 pm #617533Hi Andy,
