    Hello,

    We have enfold and wordpress 4.4.2 – the version have both been updated. However the advanced layout editor is not usuable. The advanced editor button is displayed but nothing happens when we click on it.
    So we cannot create our pages with all the functionalities like multi columns.
    In the other hand, the widget cannot be added at all.
    It’s really like Enfold is not totally available.
    Could you please help me about that?

    Hello again,

    With Enfold, some specific menus are blocked (pulldown menus n the standard wordpress).
    We have noticed that when we use an other template, the full functionalities are available again.

    Hi!

    Please try the following two things

    1. Upload again all the theme files
    2. Disable all your plugins and give it a try if everything is working properly

    If those does not solve the issue, we will have to check back for different issues.
